SHIPPING & RETURNS


All products are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

SHIPPING

Minale delivers products purchased through the minale.com website to the entire European Union, as well as the UK. The cost for transport is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery to non-bridged islands may be subject to an additional freight fee and such fee will not appear on your order confirmation. In such cases, we will contact you directly with a revised freight quotation and ask you to reconfirm your order. 

When ordering goods for delivery outside of the EU, we do not collect VAT; however, import duties and/or taxes according to national laws may be levied when the package arrive at the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the cost imposed on your order. You are responsible for paying all the associated import costs to the chosen country.  

If you would like to place an order from another country than the countries mentioned above please contact support@minale.com and we will try to help you out.  

Delivery time is estimated and differs based on your location, but once the goods are dispatched, the delivery takes about a week. Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden. The time between an order placement of products that are 'in stock', and shipment of your order, is about 3-4 business days, unless you have specified a different delivery date. In the event of an unforeseen delay in production we aim to inform you about this in good time before the originally scheduled dispatch date.

RETURNS POLICY

Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. We want you to be fully satisfied with every product.  If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the shipping, handling and other charges where applicable.  

Please note furniture returns will incur a 20% restocking handling fee.

To enable us to make a full refund, we ask that the product be unused, in its original packaging with all parts and accessories, and with all original paperwork.

REFUNDS

After our warehouse receives your returned products and confirms that all of the requirements have been met, your return will be processed to the same Credit or Debit Card used to place your order. An email confirmation will be sent after the refund has been processed. Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card Company’s policies

EXCHANGE POLICY

Within MINALE, unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at any time. You must return your product within 14 days of delivery. At that time, a refund will be credited to the original method of payment. You then can re-order a new product on minale.com.
