This Warranty is only valid for products purchased through the MINALE.COM web-shop.

Minale warrants to the original purchaser that standard products will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years from the date of original invoice. For fabrics and leathers the offered warranty period is 1 year and excludes general wear & tare.. For special product variations the warranty period is 1 year.  

The warranty covers repairs or replacements of Products as set forth herein within Europe & UK only, and does not cover regular, non-defective returns of the Products. The Products that are returned within our 14-day return period are processed separately and in accordance with our Return Policy (see shipping & returns). 

Before submitting a claim, please carefully review the terms and conditions below. Original Purchasers must notify Minale in writing of any claims within the warranty period from the date of delivery and within 2 months of discovering the reason of the claim. Please file your claim to Minale by sending an e-mail to SUPPORT@MINALE.COM Upon receiving notification of a claim, Minale will respond to you within 1 week. Minale reserves the right to determine whether or not damages are covered by the Warranty, at our sole discretion. Minale shall, upon prompt written notice, decide if the product should be repaired or replaced. The warranty only covers materials and no other costs associated with replacing faulty products. 

DISCLAIMER:

Minale warranties do not apply to normal wear and tear, customer’s fabric, customer’s own or other third-party materials, effects of extreme temperature or unusual environmental conditions, changes in surface finishes due to ageing or exposure to light. No responsibility will be accepted for misuse of products, neither does the company’s responsibility extend to any damage caused by inadequate maintenance or faulty assembly on the part of the purchaser and the direct or indirect consequences thereof.

Promotions cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated on our website. Discounts are time bound and promotional codes are restricted to one order per customer, a limited time, limited product range.
