Processing Time In-stock items are dispatched within 2-3 business days of ordering. Pre-order and made to order items will display an estimated dispatch date at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be displayed at checkout where available.

Duties and Taxes All duties and taxes are paid on shipments to the United Kingdom and European Union. No additional charges will be applied on delivery. For orders outside the UK and EU the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.

Large Items Furniture items including chairs and large mirrors are shipped via specialist courier. Delivery will be arranged directly with you to agree a suitable delivery slot. Please ensure adequate access is available for delivery.

Fragile Items All MINALE products are carefully packaged for transit. In the event your item arrives damaged please photograph the damage and contact us at support@minale.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched.
